It is our pleasure to welcome you at webpage of Symposium on Catalysis.
This conference is a continuation of a series of traditional /Czech and Slovak /meeting „Symposium on Catalysis“ started in 1969. Symposium is organized every year in November and covers all topics of homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysis. Contributions on related subjects are also welcome. Program of the Symposium consists of invited plenary lectures, invited keynote lectures, oral contributions and posters.
The poster presentations at the 56th Symposium on Catalysis, which will take place at the J. Heyrovský Institute of Physical Chemistry on 10–11 November 2025, are divided into two sessions. You will have the opportunity to present your work during the coffee breaks combined with the poster sessions. The first 23 posters will be presented on Monday, with the remaining posters presented on Tuesday. The poster stands are suitable for A0 portrait format.
The conference programme includes 19 oral presentations of catalytic results, each lasting 15 minutes, including time for discussion.
Keynote lectures are dedicated to scientific groups or departments in the Czech and Slovak Republics that specialise in catalysis. This year,
